  • Connect with other attendees, sponsors, and vendors through AI-powered networking.
  • Provide feedback via post-event surveys and download contacts collected during the event.

4.3 Vendors, Sponsors, and Advertisers

Vendors, sponsors, and advertisers may use Zance to:

  • Create a profile in the Zance directory to promote services.
  • Purchase sponsored listings, ads, and enhanced profile features.
  • Receive analytics on profile engagement and access to targeted event insights.

5. Payment and Revenue Models

Zance offers both free and paid services. Payment methods include credit card, debit card, or any other payment method accepted by Zance:

  • Subscription Plans for Event Organizers: Subscription fees are charged based on the selected plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium). All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled per the terms of the selected plan.
  • One-Time Event Fees: Event organizers can opt for one-time fees for occasional events.
  • Premium Attendee Access: Certain networking features are available as a paid upgrade for attendees.
  • Advertising and Sponsorship Fees: Vendors, sponsors, and advertisers can purchase advertising slots, featured listings, and profile enhancements.

Directory users agree to provide accurate information and adhere to the standards of professionalism outlined in these Terms. Zance reserves the right to refuse listings that violate these standards or are deemed inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zance, including trademarks, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Zance Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
  • Engage in any unauthorized advertising or solicitation within the platform.
  • Transmit harmful software, viruses, or engage in any activities that could harm Zance or its users.
  • Violate GDPR or any applicable data protection laws.

Refunds do not apply to one-time purchases, including digital merchandise or enhanced directory listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or issues arising from third-party interactions.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided at Zance’s discretion in the following cases:

  • Subscriptions canceled within the initial 14-day period, per applicable laws.
  • Malfunction of services that prevent access to paid features.

Refunds do not apply to one-time purchases, including digital merchandise or enhanced directory listings.
